A LITTLE HELP
Let’s make
some room.
Practical answers for your next cleanup.
Get in touch
Direct support contact details are being prepared. In the meantime, the guides below cover the most common questions.
Email Pruney support ↗Include your iOS version, app version, and what happened. Please do not send private photos, videos, passwords, or payment details.
Photos and permissions
Pruney asks for Photos access after you tap Continue. Full and limited access are both supported. To change access, open iPhone Settings, find Pruney, and review its Photos permission. Access restricted by Screen Time or device management may need to be changed by the person managing your device.
Understanding library sizes
The overview measures readable, accessible file resources. It does not show exact device storage usage or promise a specific amount of recoverable space. Cloud-only resources are not downloaded during analysis or size filtering, and partial measurements remain partial.
Reviewing and applying changes
Swipes select Keep, Delete, Resize, or Make static. Undo changes a decision. Reviewing does not modify your library. Follow the review flow to inspect and apply your choices. Keep the app in the foreground while changes are being processed.
Resizing and Live Photos
Resizing saves a smaller replacement and removes the original after successful preparation and saving. Supported media and compatible output sizes vary. Unsupported and RAW-containing assets are excluded from review. Make static preserves the current Live Photo still without its motion. A file’s initial eligibility does not guarantee successful encoding.
Space has not appeared yet
Files removed from Photos remain in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days. To free space immediately, open Photos, find Recently Deleted, and permanently remove the items you no longer want. This final removal cannot be undone.
Free limits and Pruney Pro
Free execution runs allow up to 50 deletions and 10 resize or Make static replacements independently. Keeping items is unlimited. Pro is a lifetime, non-consumable purchase that removes these limits and unlocks saved collection actions. Open the app’s purchase screen to see the local price or use Restore purchases with the original Apple Account.
